I'm sure a lot of y'all are probably on your way to friend's or family's houses, but I just wanted to take the time to share what I'm thankful for this season. It's been a whirlwind of a year and the last two weeks have honestly been the hardest. But it's important to look back and appreciate all the good that's come our way.
I want to start by thanking all of you for being so uplifting and supportive of The Buxom Blonde. I couldn't do it without you and your support.
I'm thankful to have such a loving family that comes together every year- no matter how far away we are from each other. I'm thankful for the friends that I've made, especially the ones that have stuck by my side through all the craziness.
I'm thankful for my pups (yes, I said pups with an "s"- more on that later). I didn't know I could love something as much as I love them. I think my heart's grown 5x since becoming a pup mom.
I'm also thankful to have the opportunity to get an education and learn about something I'm so so passionate about.
Thanksgiving is about surrounding yourself with the people you love and taking the time to appreciate everything you have. Unfortunately for me, my Thanksgiving will be cut short because I work in retail. But I'm so thankful that I got to spend the last couple days at home with the fam!
I hope y'all have an amazing day filled with lots of yummy food and fun times with friends and family! And if you're planning on doing any Black Friday shopping, remember to be extra friendly to those of us working!
