Nature + You: Being Outside is Good for Your Health

Spring break is in full swing for some and right around the corner for others. Instead of binge-watching Fuller House, spend time outdoors and get some fresh air.

Not only does spending time outside make you feel good, it can actually help keep you healthy.

Health Benefits:

  • Restore your mental energy
  • Relieve stress
  • Decrease the risk of developing poor vision
  • Improve concentration and focus
  • Think more sharply and creatively
  • Boost your immune system
  • Improve your overall mental health

I'm sure we could all use a little mid-semester R&R. So go outside, soak up some sun, and enjoy all the beautiful things nature has to offer. Bring a friend {or a cute pup} along for some extra fun.

What are your plans for spring break??
